Crawl Spaces and Hardwood Flooring
This video will take you through issues and solutions when installing hardwood flooring above a crawl space. The sub-floor moisture content over crawl spaces can range from 10-16%. The wood flooring manufactured with a moisture content between 6-9% should sit on site and not be installed until it is within 2% moisture content of the sub-floor.
